Banquets and Events

Things are happening at Elkhorn Country Club. Whether it is a member tournament or banquet, or your private occasion, Elkhorn has the staff and facilites to make every event fun and enjoyable. Below are the details on Elkhorn's banquet room and dining room, with instruction on contacting Elkhorn for reservations.

Banquet Hall and Dining Room Rental

Below are the details on renting the banquet hall or the dining room. To make a reservation, or for more information, please call (209) 477-8896.

BANQUET RENTAL INFORMATION

FULL ROOM: Capacity 400
DEPOSIT: $500 for Sunday - Friday Events (Non-refundable if event is cancelled)
         $1000 for Saturday Events (Non-refundable if event is cancelled)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 200 People

RENTAL FEES:

SECURITY FEES: $25.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum, evening events.

 

HALF ROOM: (Garden or Fairway) Capacity 175
DEPOSIT: $500 (Non-refundable if event is cancelled.)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Weekdays (Monday - Thursday) 60; Weekends (Friday - Sunday) 100

RENTAL FEES:

SECURITY FEES: $25.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum, evening events.

 

FORMAL DINING ROOM: Capacity 50
DEPOSIT: $200 (Non-refundable if event is cancelled.)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: Daily (Monday - Sunday) 25

RENTAL FEES:

NOTE: Elkhorn Country Club does not permit food items to be brought into the Dining Facilities with the exception of Wedding Cakes.
